Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

Returns & Exchanges - Supplements

When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use.

Due to the nature of Supplements we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We will send replacement product or provide store credit to the replacement value of the purchased item in the event that you have received faulty or defective product or received the wrong product from us. We do not provide refunds in these events.

You have 30 calendar days to make a request for a replacement from the date you received it.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for "change of mind". Please be aware of this before ordering from us.   

Taste Guarantee - Protein Powder

We think our protein powder tastes great and are so confident we guarantee it. If you don't agree, e-mail us your order details, what you didn't like about the flavour and the flavour you would like to replace it with. We will then send you a replacement protein of your chosen flavour (subject to availability).

Note: One replacement per mailing address. One replacement per package of the identical product. Product must be at least 90% unused. Taste Guarantee request must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving the product

Returns & Exchanges - Apparel

Please read below before returning your item(s) to us.

Items must leave customers hands within 45 days of receiving order to action an exchange. 

All returns requests are to be made by contacting us at contact@luxefitness.com. Once approved/rejected you will then be notified via email 

Customer is responsible for items until they reach our warehouse, please make sure your return is packed properly so it is not able to be damaged on the way.

Luxe Fitness is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Unworn items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached and in the condition it was received in. All goods are respected on return, if garment does not meet the above criteria, we may have to send it back to you.

We do not reimburse for return shipping.

Items that have been discounted are not eligible for return.

Customer is responsible to send back the garment to the address provided with the returns form filled out in full with order number.

• Luxe Fitness will provide a store credit. No refunds will be provided.

• Once you have received your store credit, you can then re-order the product(s) you want.

• If you paid for delivery on the original order, the delivery cost will not be credited to you, only the cost of goods.
